Sometimes your dream starts out as someone else's but with a little tweaking, you can make it your own!
My dad wanted to open up a food truck in Ireland cooking up genuine Philly cheesesteaks.
Unfortunately that never happened. But a food truck in Southern DE cooking up delicious waffles...that is happening!
Waffles, specifically waffles with vanilla ice cream and strawberries, have a very special place in my heart! This is our signature breakfast at my family reunions - a tradition started by my Uncle Tom.
Now, I'm bringing that love of waffles to all of you!!!!
Just remember.... Waffles are really just pancakes with abs!!!!

Flippin' Waffles is proud to partner with vendors and restaurants who team up and combine ingredients that are sustainable, healthy, and most importantly, local.
You can find our truck all around the area, working together with local farmers, local ice cream companies, and local events that share in our love for good, fun food!
